"San Juan del Sur" is located a stone's throw from the balmy beach surrounded by green hills and stony cliffs in the relaxed fishing village of San Juan del Sur.
The "SSLS" school is located at a riverside location in San Juan del Sur. In addition to its pleasing environment, SSLS is also notable for its sincerely warm and hospitable people. Escuela "SSLS" staff are relaxed, friendly, patient, supportive, and full of enthusiasm for their students.
We offer two options of home-stay: with a local
family or in the school, in where you will have the same benefits like 3
meals per day, a private room with bath and live with the director's family.
The school provides cultural activities and visits
with local community organizations with access to volunteer opportunities in the community. Optional weekend excursions include trips to neighboring beaches, towns, and lake Nicaragua. You'll enjoy learning Spanish in the mornings and relaxing on the beach, mountain biking, fishing, going out on a boat trip, visiting with local organizations, participating in local festivals, or just swigging a cool cerveza in the afternoon.
